David Barnes
I became an active full-time writer poet in 1996.and I have been an active Internet poet, also I have been published around Australia
at many online poetry venues in America, England, and France.
I was first published in the Paris/Atlantic, a literary journal in 2001.
And in the Poets Hall of Fame Anthology released late 2001.
with further work published in Anthologies released in 2001 & 2002 by Empowa Inc'
here in Western Australia: further work has been published in Firefly Magazine U.S.A,
and was a featured poet in the September Issue of Poetic Voices 2003.
My poetry was acccepted for inclusion in Anthology Number ( ii ) released in Austin Texas 2003.
In late 2004 I was invited to be the Guest poet, featured in Blackmailpress: Issue 11;
a great New Zealand poetry site.
Recently I was a Featured Poet @ Poetry Magazine.com (Spring Issue 2007). An exellent Poetry site well worth inspecting.
After all these years, I have finally started work - editing my first collection of poetry (60 - 80) poems as yet - untitled - I shall submit them
In addition to writing. I have been the publisher / editor of Poetry Downunder, Numbat Poetry Journal, I am currently featured in PoetryMagazine.com. Editor Choice’ poets, June 2008. PoetryMagazine.com. Editor Choice’ 2008
I was invited to be a featured poet in the September Issue of Poetic Voices 2003,
and I have poems in the anthology, Inside Out: A Gathering of Poets. published by Tombolo Publishing.

And recently I was invited to submit some of my works to Thylazine: and after awhile my poetry was finally acccepted for inclusion in Thylazine:
