Most items will be sent within 3 to 4 working days

Although I do assure you of my best intentions, please be aware that I cannot be responsible for production delays or out of stock problems from the major producers. Should any unforeseen delays occur, you will be notified immediately.

This will also apply should any selected items be deleted from the distribution lists of the major producers.

For most orders I would suggest you use air-mail (at the moment the web pages automatically assume air-mail). Though it is a little more expensive, if you are like me, then you do not want to wait 4 or 5 weeks (or sometimes more!) for the sake of saving a dollar or two at the most.

Rates for air-mail anywhere in the world are in Australian dollars (AuD$). These costs are more than this but I will subsidise the difference. If you do not pay for insurance (and the system does NOT add in this charge), all items are sent at your own risk. If you want insurance, please eMail me separately and let me know.
